Privacy policy

Introduction

Pively respects your privacy. This page describes how your data is handled when you use our service.

Data collected

Pively does not collect any personal data and does not offer user accounts. The cities, dates and preferences you enter stay in your browser's localStorage and are never sent to our servers or shared.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how Pively is used (page views, load speed) and improve the experience. These tools do not set tracking cookies and do not identify you individually — IP addresses are hashed server-side.

Affiliate tracking — Travelpayouts

Pively loads the Travelpayouts Drive script (from the emrld.ltd domain) so that commission can be attributed to Pively when you book a flight, hotel, experience or eSIM with one of our partners via our links. This script may set a technical cookie and/or an identifier in your browser's local storage, used solely for this attribution — never for targeted advertising, never resold to third parties. Server API requests

When you view an itinerary, requests are sent to our serverless functions to fetch real-time flight and hotel prices. These requests only contain airport codes, city names and travel dates, with no personal information. None of these requests are retained.

Links to third-party sites

Pively redirects to booking partners (including Booking.com, Airalo and others in the Travelpayouts network) and to Google Flights for flight search. When you click these links, you leave Pively and are subject to those sites' privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Data hosting

The site and its APIs are hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). API requests transit through Vercel. No user data is stored there persistently.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data. You can block the affiliate script and the analytics trackers with a blocker (uBlock Origin, Brave, Safari strict mode, etc.) — Pively will continue to work normally. This policy may be updated. Changes will be posted on this page with the revision date.
